INSiGHT Neurological & Postural Testing
As part of our initial examination and re-examination process, we utilize advanced INSiGHT neurological and postural testing to objectively measure how your nervous system and spine are functioning.
These non-invasive assessments allow us to detect stress patterns, nerve interference, and postural imbalances, helping us create a precise and personalized care plan.
- Postural Screening
- SEMG Surface Electromyogram
- Thermography
- HRV Heart Rate Variability
Postural Screening
Postural screening evaluates structural alignment and balance. Poor posture can place abnormal stress on the spine and nervous system. Identifying these patterns early allows us to address underlying structural concerns before they progress.
SEMG Surface Electromyogram
SEMG measures muscle activity along the spine. Elevated readings may indicate areas of tension, compensation, or nerve irritation. This helps us pinpoint areas that may not be functioning optimally.
Thermography
Thermography evaluates temperature differences along the spine, which can reflect changes in nerve function. This scan helps identify patterns of neurological imbalance.
HRV Heart Rate Variability
Heart Rate Variability testing measures how well your nervous system adapts to stress. A healthy nervous system shows balanced adaptability, while reduced variability may indicate chronic stress or dysfunction.
By combining these objective findings with your history and examination, we are able to track progress over time and make informed adjustments to your care.
